Due to the nature of each box, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

However if an item arrives damaged, we will replace it. 

Additional non-returnable items:

To receive a replacement of a damaged item, we require proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
